Yaniv Ben David, Esq

Yaniv Ben David is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Litigation Divisions.

As part of his job, Yaniv provides ongoing and comprehensive legal guidance and advice to both construction companies and private clients in a wide range of topics and transaction categories, including complex real estate ventures, and preparation of agreements and various types of documents. In addition, Yaniv provides legal representation in various areas of real estate taxation, planning and construction processes, administrating and conducting negotiation processes vis-à-vis banks, municipal authorities, contractors and other agencies and organizations.

er many years in all matters concerning civil litigation proceedings as well real estate litigation, including representation of clients on planning and construction committees, in local affairs courts, regarding demolition orders and non-conformance usage, as well as proceedings that include indictment filing.

Yaniv graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) in 2005. Prior to becoming admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2006, Yaniv had an internship with one of the leading real estate law firms in Israel.

Yaakov Feder, Esq

Yaakov Feder is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Division.

Yaakov has rich and diverse experience in various aspects of real estate, and provides ongoing and comprehensive legal guidance and advice, including sale and purchase transactions, partial exchange transactions, property betterment, preparation and editing of various documents and more. In addition, Yaakov handles various registration procedures in the Land Registration Department, including registration of warning notices, registration of pledges and more.

Likewise, Yaakov has a unique and profound professional specialization in the area of urban renewal, providing legal support and representation to developers and residents, including in carrying out projects such as TAMA 38 in all of its various forms. Within this framework Yaakov handles all of the legal aspects included in the procedures, beginning with the first pre-contract arrangements and through completion of construction and handover of property.

Yaakov graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) in 2007. Prior to being admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 2007, Yaakov did his internship at the law firm of Marcus Mendel and Co.

Kfir Goren, Esq

Kfir Goren is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Division.

As part of his duties, Kfir provides ongoing and comprכפיר-אehensive legal guidance and advice, including sale and purchase transactions, partial exchange transactions, property betterment, preparation and editing of various documents and more. In addition, Kfir provides legal representation for both private and commercial clients in a wide range of real estate transactions in all types of courts including appeals committees, planning and building committees and more.

Kfir graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) in 2013. Prior to being admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 2014, Kfir completed his pre-internship and internship with Aviv Tasa Law Firm, upon completion of which he joined the firm as a staff lawyer.

Liran Yusufov, Esq

In the scope of her work, Liran provides comprehensive ongoing legal advice and guidance, including sales and acquisitions, combination transactions, property appreciation, joint residence registration, drafting various legal documents and agreements, and more. Moreover, Liran holds profound professional experience in various litigation proceedings, and she provides legal representation to both private and commercial clients in different types of transactions before all court instances, including appeal and planning and construction committees.

Liran began her professional career in the IDF Military Advocate General unit (MAG) in 2012, where she served as a military prosecutor in the criminal and defence sectors in the Judea and Samaria region (ranked Captain). In this framework, Liran garnered extensive professional experience in the management of criminal and defence-related cases, preparing witnesses, managing evidence, drafting indictments, and more.

Liran graduated from the Ono Academic College (LL.B) from the class of 2012. Prior to her admittance to the Israel Bar Association in 2016, Liran completed her internship at the IDF Military Advocate General unit.

Hadas Shriki-Romano, Esq
